Job Summary:

As a Service Technician at 3C Industrial, you will be responsible for shop and field service tasks, including preventive and corrective maintenance, application installation, rental fleet maintenance, and other assigned duties. Depending on your experience level, you will work on air compressors of varying capacities and may lead training for less experienced technicians. This role demands a commitment to safety, customer service, and technical excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
  • Complete training and qualification exams as required by management.
  • Retain and apply knowledge acquired on the job in daily activities.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on air compressors, with responsibilities increasing from 50hp for entry-level technicians to full installation and fabrication for senior technicians.
  • Conduct corrective maintenance as directed by the Logistics Operations Manager.
  • Install reciprocating and rotary screw air compressors, with the complexity of installations increasing with experience.
  • Lead on-the-job training for less experienced technicians (for higher-level technicians).
  • Ensure proper documentation, including taking initial and completed photos, filling out work order checklists, and identifying improvement opportunities at customer sites.
  • Maintain necessary tools and equipment, including multimeters.
  • Keep uniforms clean and professional, adhere to PPE requirements, and maintain company property.
  • Conduct yourself professionally and contribute to the team as expected of a Veteran Owned and Operated business.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Texas Driver’s License.
  • Ability to pass random drug screenings.
  • Industrial Technician experience, with the required years of experience ranging from 0-2 years for entry-level positions to 5+ years for senior positions.
  • Mechanical and electrical aptitude, with proficiency in multimeter usage.
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred (required for senior positions).

Benefits:

  • Hourly rate or salary ranging from $20 to $40 per hour, depending on experience and role level.

The Sales Representative for 3C Industrial, LLC is responsible for responsible for selling 3C Industrial’s products and services by identifying leads, educating prospects on our offering through calls, trainings, and presentations, and providing existing customers with exceptional support.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute a tactical sales plan that expands customer base within their assigned territory.
  • Generate and maintain a sales pipeline adequate to meet territory sales goals.
  • Maintain regular contact with customers in assigned territory to develop and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs.
  • Be knowledgeable about 3C Industrial Services and Products.
  • Clearly communicate the features of 3C Industrial services and products to highlight how they solve customer problems
  • Complete and submit to main office bid requirements
  • Present, negotiate and close on proposals.
